Tomas Pacina - Hockey | Canada

Tomas Pacina virtually grew up on the ice in his native Czech Republic. Encouraged by a sportswriter father, Tomas was skating at an early age and playing hockey soon after. Inspired by the visiting Canadian national hockey team, Tomas endured a rigorous training regime that included twice-a-day workouts and weekend competition. After achieving his goal of becoming a world-class athlete, Tomas became head coach of the Calgary Oval X-Treme in the Western Women's Hockey League, which he led to seven national championships in nine years. Tomas has spent the last ten years as the skills coach for the New York Rangers, the Florida Panthers  and the Montreal Canadians in the National Hockey League, as well as the Portland Winterhawks of the Western Hockey League.
