Champion with a Healthy Outlook. More than just a World-class pro. Lucy DelSarto has been a World-class athlete in racquetball for over twenty-five years. Formerly ranked in the top 16 on the Pro Circuit, she has held the Women's Singles Open Title for Kansas since 1999 and competes within the Men's Open level as well. Sharing her extensive knowledge of the human body, nutrition and general health, Lucy coaches and provides a proven pathway for achieving Optimal Health by addressing total wellness which is Body, Mind and Spirit. Lucy's passion comes through as she shares with audiences across the country on Wellness.  Lucy's enthusiasm is contagious. Her teaching abilities inspire others to get involved in pursuing a lifestyle that enhances Quality of Life. Racquetball has provided her many benefits including a healthy and active life; however, there is more to good health than working out. Feeling good 24-7 is the goal of true wellness.
