Kevin McNulty - Cycling | United States

Kevin McNulty Kevin McNulty didn't discover competitive cycling until he was 36, when he decided to stop being annoyed by cyclists "on the road and in my way" and joined them. Since then he has won the Furnace Creek 508 four-man in 2005 and two-man in 2006 and 2007, setting course records each time; won his age group in the California state time trials in 2005, 2006, and 2007; participated in the four-man Race Across America in 2005; won the two-man Race Across America in 2006, setting a course record. To keep his competitive edge, Kevin trained five days a week, alternating three "hard" days -- including several hours of roadwork and interval training -- with two "easy" days of at least an hour of roadwork. He used many Mannatech health and wellness products. In October, 2008, Kevin chose to retire from competitive cycling and is now coaching a young man with a bright future.
