Jennifer Hudak - Skiing | United States

Jennifer Hudak is the United States National Halfpipe Champion for the past three years and is currently ranked number two in the world on the International Ski Federation's World Cup list. Her most recent wins include the Nippon Freeskiing Open in Japan, as well as the World Cup finals in Italy to go along with bronze medals in the '07 and '08 X-Games. During the winter she maintains her fitness with a core maintenance program. In the fall she focuses on plyometrics, exercises designed to produce fast, powerful movements and improve the functions of the nervous system. During the summer she rides her mountain and road bikes and rock climbs. She hopes to mentor young women in sports, helping them cope with the pressures of being a female professional athlete.
