Jeanette Kelder - Beach Volleyball | United States

Jeanette Kelder competes at a high level in beach and indoor volleyball, two sports that require a healthy dose of athleticism and stamina. Jeanette, who first took to the court as a sixth-grader, says she enjoys both versions of the sport as they require many of the same skills, yet have their unique demands as well. Her indoor team won the USA Volleyball National Title in 2005. After a year away from the beach game, Jeanette plans to return to the sport where she says she gets special joy when she and her teammate defeat teams ten or more years younger. To achieve her goals, Jeanette's workout program includes running, weight training, Pilates and sand training.
