Fighting His Way to the Top! Javier Diaz, while in only his fifth year as a professional boxer, is aggressively pursuing his dream of someday becoming Middleweight Champion. Javier is a twelve-year veteran of the squared circle. His first seven years were as an amateur in Golden Gloves and similar nonprofessional competitions, where he won five regional championships. His amateur record was 30 wins (16 by knockout) and 6 losses. Since childhood, Javier has loved the one-on-one challenge of boxing. Among his heroes were legendary champions Muhammad Ali, Felix Trinidad and Thomas "Hit Man" Hearns. When not doing roadwork, shadow boxing or sparring with other fighters, Javier is a Supervisor in Mannatech's Customer Care Department. He's been with Mannatech since 1998, and was married in November 2005. No doubt about it: This multitalented man is on his way up!
