Diane Van Deusen has always been an athlete; competing in soccer, softball, volleyball and lacrosse in high school and soccer at Florida State University. Today Diane is a natural bodybuilding competitor who says her most memorable moment came when she placed second in her very first competition. After a seven-year amateur career, she made her move to the professional ranks in 2008 in both figure and bodybuilding status. She contributes her peak performance timing for competitions to her regiment of physical exercise and use of Mannatech products, namely; Sport, EMPACT, Ambrotose Complex, PLUS, Ambrotose AO, PhytoMatrix, and Accelerator 3. Diane's weekly workout regimen consists of five sessions of strength training, complemented by two to three of cardio training. A neonatal intensive care nurse and former Captain in the U.S. Air Force, Diane uses her American College of Exercise personal training license to help others remain active and healthy in addition to her nursing and competitive career. She considers the accomplishments of her clients to be her greatest trophies.
