David Bowden - Track & Field | United States

David Bowden has scored on-field heroics as both an athlete and as a coach. All conference in football at Fort Valley State College, David became a teacher and coach in football as well as track and field. After guiding Boyd Anderson high school to multiple Florida state championships in both cross-country and track and field, David was selected Boyd Anderson's Teacher of the Year, was elected to the Broward County Sports Hall of Fame and was honored as the Coach of the Year by the Florida National High School Coaches Association. Still a strong competitor, David runs 40-50 miles a week and has won his age group in numerous running events including the New York, Boston, Disney World, Royal Victoria and Montreal marathons with a personal best time of 2:45.20. David, with a personal best time of 4:33, is a three-time participant in the Master Division of "The Prestigious Mercedes Mile" held on 5th Avenue in New York. Being a people oriented individual, David and his wife Swan spend most of their time as CEOs of their Mannatech business and promoting/directing Focus Hawaii International Model & Talent Agency where they help aspiring models work hard to maintain their appearance through proper diet, exercise and sleep; always putting emphasis on "doing their best and forgetting the rest".
