The Living Legend. It's tough to list Danny Hodge's wrestling and boxing achievements in a single book, let alone in a single paragraph. Over three decades, Danny won numerous amateur and professional wrestling championships, was a member of two U.S. Olympic wrestling teams, was 3-time National NCAA wrestling champion, is the only man ever to hold two amateur championships (wrestling and boxing) at the same time and was National Golden Gloves Champion. He currently serves as Chairman of the Oklahoma Wrestling and Boxing Commission. Top that off with the fact that he is the only amateur wrestler ever to be pictured on the cover of Sports Illustrated, and you can understand why, without exaggeration, Danny Hodge is respected throughout the entire sports world as a living legend.
