Clarice Artis - Swimming | Australia

At 94 years young, Clarice Artis is still going strong. This amazing athlete enjoys every moment in the pool and continues to swim 800m twice a week, admitting that some days she feels so energized she is tempted to put in a full kilometre!  Clarice also walks for 40 minutes almost every day and has now progressed to an advanced level in her weekly strength training class. In April 2008, Clarice competed in four events at the FINA World Masters Championships in Perth at the age of 93, where she won two Silver medals and one Bronze, placing 4th in the 100m freestyle. This was her first international competition since beginning her athletic career at age 84.  Clarice was thrilled to meet and compete with other senior athletes from around the world, many of whom were astounded at this dynamic, energetic lady who willingly attributes her stamina, energy and staying power to Mannatech supplements.
