Carlos Lopez - Basketball | Mexico

With Mannatech products as part of his daily regimen, Carlos Lopez is already accomplishing great things in his young life.

Motivated and inspired by his parents, Carlos—a basketballer since he was 11—was an all-tournament leader in steals and three-pointers in the 2008 FIBA Americas Under 18 Championship. In 2009, he was named to Waukesha’s All County First Team, and named as the Midwest Classic N Conference’s Player of the Year. He was named Most Valuable Player at St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy in 2008–2009 and set the school’s record for three-pointers in a single game.

Carlos embraces an Integrative Health approach and realizes the importance of nutrition when it comes to improving overall health and performance.

“I believe it’s important to work really hard and take care of everything—your body, technique, conditioning, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, etc.,” says Carlos. With a personal training program that includes playing four games a week and practicing six—plus a twice-a-week workout—Carlos is no stranger to hard work. He hopes to one day become a fitness and conditioning trainer and use his experience to help others achieve their goals.
