Brittany Albrecht - Body Building | United States

Brittany Albrecht is a former soccer player turned bodybuilder who has seen great success in both fields. After being injured while playing for Division 1 Kent State University and no longer able to play soccer, Brittany decided to move from team sports to individual competition as she was drawn to an arena where she is solely responsible for her success. That led her to competitive bodybuilding and the challenge of creating a body that meets the rigorous standards of top-level competition. Next up for Brittany are the National Physique Committee's Lonestar Figure Competition and the Heart of Texas Figure Competition. To attain her goal, Brittany lifts weights six days a week, complemented by an hour a day of rigorous cardio training. After her competitive career is over she plans to help others achieve their fitness and sports goals.
