Amber Hill - Body Building | United States

Amber Hill first competed during her freshman year in college when she channeled poor body-image concerns into bodybuilding. At the urging of her coach, Amber stepped on stage again to compete less than a year after her third daughter was born – and won! During that time, Amber began a training program that involved CrossFit. She is now the President and Athletic Director of Carport CrossFit, in Irondale, AL. Amber holds a Level I CrossFit certification and CrossFit Gymnastics certification. She regularly competes at the local and regional levels, placing third in the Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi CrossFit Sectionals Competition. Amber has her sights on competing in CrossFit at the national level in the years to come, as she continues to be a positive role model for her three young daughters and other young women that she trains.
