Jessica Zelinka - Track & Field | Canada
Jessica Zelinka began participating in track and field in the third grade, modeling her two older sisters. Encouraged by her aunt to compete in the demanding heptathlon event, Jessica has gone on to break the Canadian heptathlon record and earned the title of national champion multiple times. Recently, Jessica achieved her goal of competing in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing where she set a personal best and placed 5th overall. To achieve her goal, she worked out three to six hours a day, five days a week, plus put in an additonal two hours a week doing injury-prevention exercises for strength and flexibility.
"As an athlete, I demand a lot from my body day in and day out. With Mannatech in my corner, I have the support I need to keep going strong towards reaching my goals."
